Will it fit my wrist?

Most likely! We chose the flexible length of 22 inches (55cm) which is perfect to wrap around your wrist 3 times. It fits most wrist sizes small to large (5.5 to 7 inches). The elastic of our chakra bracelets is quite stretchy, but if you prefer a different size we gladly resize your oil diffuser bracelet for free.
Note: You can also wear it as a necklace!

How do I use my essential oils on this?

Simple! Just add a few drops of your favorite essential oil (not included) to the porous black Lava stones, let dry and refresh every 1-3 days as needed. Make sure to let the oil absorb and dry completely before you put your bracelet on your wrist. High quality oils will absorb quickly.
