Yes, it will fit your wrist most likely! This adjustable essential oil bracelet has a convenient sliding knot and therefore fits most wrist sizes. It can be extended from 8.5″ to 11.5″ just by pulling the cord apart.

How do I use my essential oils on this?

It’s simple! Just add a few drops of your favorite essential oil (not included) to the porous black Lava stones, let them dry, and refresh every 1-3 days as needed. Make sure to let the oil absorb and dry completely before wearing your bracelet to ensure it doesn’t stain your skin or clothes. High-quality oils will absorb quickly, enhancing the overall experience.
