Will it fit my wrist?

Most likely! This adjustable bracelet has a sliding knot and fits most wrist sizes. It can be extended from 8.5″ to 11.5″ just by pulling the cord apart.

How do I use my essential oils on this?

Simple! Just add a few drops of your favorite essential oil (not included) to the porous Lava stones, let dry and refresh every 1-3 days as needed. Make sure to let the oil absorb and dry completely before you put your bracelet on your wrist. High quality oils will absorb quickly.
